Sharjah Islamic Bank has announced that it has started offering customers banking services on Fridays.
This service is available in all three branches of Mega Mall, Mall of the Emirates and City Centre Mirdif, all days of the week. The customers will be provided with different banking services and facilities.
According to the new service initiative, Sharjah Islamic Bank adopted new appointments during the Friday holiday to serve its customers in the three branches. Starting from 3 pm and continuing until 9 pm, the service reflects the bank’s guarantee to serve its customers and meet their financial requirements while fitting around their working life.
Wider choice and added value for customers
Nabil Abou Alwan, Head of Retail Banking at SIB said:
“This step represents an important achievement and comes within the bank’s commitment to continue enhancing its services as a way to provide more convenience and added value to customers. As part of our endeavour towards innovation and following best practices, this initiative will enhance communication and consolidate our existing relationships with customers by giving them wider options for banking on all days of the week, including Friday. “
