foodpanda is doubling down on its efforts to strengthen the resilience of its merchant partners with its inaugural partner summit held online from 6 to 19 July.
Planned as a series of webinars, the summit is anticipated to benefit over 10,000 merchant partners across eight markets, who will be able to access various resources and discussions related to business sustainability and digital transformation.
The partner summit will kick off in Singapore and The Philippines on 6 July, followed by Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Cambodia, Pakistan, and Bangladesh in the following weeks. Interested participants can sign up for free on the event website. There are also additional event-exclusive perks that will be available to event attendees, such as credit rebates for TikTok ads, and discounts off solutions offered by participating partners.
“The past years have brought on multiple challenges for the F&B and retail industries, and we know that business owners have had a lot to overcome. As customer dining and shopping habits continue to change, we see the need to enhance the support we give to our merchant partners – so that they can be better equipped with the know-how of running a successful business in a marketplace environment that is constantly evolving,” said Luc Andreani, Chief Operating Officer at foodpanda.
Event attendees can expect to gain insights from industry experts across a variety of topics, including business sustainability, digitalization, and scalability. This includes receiving guidance on how to better leverage Foodpanda’s existing solutions. In select markets, attendees will also be able to hear firsthand the success stories of their fellow merchant partners, as they share their own journeys of digital transformation.
The webinar will also have industry experts from Google, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and TabSquare share more on best practices and techniques to help merchant partners grow their businesses. As an added perk, participants can also sign up for a masterclass hosted by foodpanda and TikTok, which they can indicate interest for when they register for the event.
“The topics presented at the summit have been carefully curated to address our merchant partners’ top challenges, which are mostly around business sustainability and digitalization. Through this summit, we hope to make it easier for our merchant partners to access useful resources that can better guide their business strategy as they navigate current and future challenges in the F&B and retail industries,” added Luc.
