Zoho Corp., a leading global technology company, is teaming up with Beirut Digital District (BDD), a unique hub designed for the digital and creative community in Lebanon, to become the exclusive technology partner in a bid to support the local entrepreneurship during current economic disruption.
The companies signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that will grant businesses within BDD’s network access to Zoho’s digital solutions with a wallet credit worth up to USD1000. Zoho’s digital portfolio includes 55+ business applications for sales, marketing, HR, accounting, communication, collaboration and productivity etc. It also includes Zoho One, the operating system for businesses, which enables businesses to manage every aspect of their daily operations on a single unified platform.
Ali Shabdar, Regional Director, MEA at Zoho commented, “We are thrilled to kick off this partnership with BDD, and extend our support to Lebanon’s promising business community to help them kickstart, operate and grow their business with Zoho. In today’s market, and amidst successive waves of economic disruptions, businesses can remain competitive by adopting cloud technologies that can help them improve efficiency, reduce costs and quickly adapt to changing market needs. Through this partnership, we aim to digitally empower Lebanon’s businesses with our latest, scalable and cost-effective solutions, as well as serve the community by sharing our expertise.”
“The unprecedented series of events, including the devaluation of the local currency, as well as the collapse of the banking system, have left Lebanon in a state of paralysis. Throughout the crisis, BDD has remained true to its mission, to support the growing community of digital organizations, tech scale-ups, remote workers and entrepreneurs, serving as a hub where growth, innovation and new strategies have the space to unfold.”, said Ralph Khairallah, Chief Growth Officer at Beirut Digital District.
“The reason this activity has grown exponentially despite the crisis that Lebanon is still going through, is due to the support and services that BDD offers to its resident organizations and individuals. We have been geared towards streamlining all processes to allow professionals and organizations to focus solely on their clients and teams. The partnership with Zoho is among the offerings that align with our vision of providing not only the needed physical infrastructure to empower our community, but also the tools and access to world-class partnerships. We believe this can enable them to build scalable global solutions and provide the best digital solutions to clients worldwide.” Khairallah added.
Zoho uniquely offers the most comprehensive, unified and centralized platform for users to run their entire business on the cloud, eliminating the need for multiple, asynchronous business management applications that do not seamlessly integrate with one another. This eliminates the problem of data silos, multi-vendor contracts and integration hassles. With a privacy-first approach, Zoho offers its users an unparalleled user experience, ensuring their information is securely stored and is not shared with any third-party software, as Zoho does not follow an ad-revenue model.
New Zoho users and active BDD members are eligible for this partnership deal. Zoho launched a registration page for businesses to apply through. For more information and to sign up, visit: https://www.zoho.com/r/lp/bdd/
