TwentyOne Builders and Developers, one of the growing real estate companies, is all set to launch a new commercial mall Grand Bazaar in Karachi aims to facilitate wholesale and retail businesses under one roof.
The project is being designed on the new concept to boost the business and economic activities in the commercial capital of the country in the surrounding of the fastest emerging residential areas on the Northern Bypass.

From automobiles to toy shops, clothes to groceries, every sector will be allocated a differentiated space under the customized requirement of businesses, Musammir Arif Siddiqui said.

There are at least 40 other industries closely associated with the construction industry. As per Pakistan Economic Survey for FY21, the construction sector contributed 2.5 percent to GDP. Further, 7.71 percent of the employed Pakistani labor force is engaged in the construction sector.
