Signicat has partnered with Cryptshare to develop a platform-independent tool for email encryption and secure file transfers with digital identity verification.
The solution provides secure exchange of Information during business transactions with legal evidence of who sent and received it. This goes far beyond the usual methods of identification and offers numerous new applications for communication in the B2B or B2C environment. Customers can use Cryptshare’s services with eIDAS-compliant secure authentications on the Signicat platform.
Signicat and Cryptshare are now working on the missing and overdue combination of platform-independent email and the unique digital identity of the users in order to counteract this.It was important for both providers to find a partner on an equal footing for this task and they have already started the various sub-projects. Despite the ambitious goals of the project, Q3 2021 is planned for the market offer. Anders Ljungqvist, Managing Director Signicat Germany and Dominik Lehr, CEO at Cryptshare, agree that the cooperation will have a strong impact on the market share of both companies.
