Rehan Shaikh has been appointed as the Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Standard Chartered Bank Pakistan in place of Shazad Dada.
Shaikh is the current CEO of Islamic Banking at Standard Chartered, a position he has held since 2015 and is based in Dubai.
Rehan Shaikh has diversified banking experience of over 30 years in Pakistan and internationally, joining from Dubai Islamic Bank, as Senior Vice President and Business Head, Private Sector & Transaction Banking. In his early days of career, he worked with Standard Chartered Bank, Pakistan from 1998 to 2007, and held a number of roles including Head, Corporate Banking, and Head, Client Relationships.
