iDenfy, a global identity verification software service provider, announced its partnership with Urjanet, the global leader in utility data and aggregation.
This alliance will enable iDenfy’s clients to capitalize on Urjanet’s international telecom and utility data to enhance their fraud prevention and identity verification methods.
Incorporating Urjanet’s access to consumer-permissioned utility bill data will strengthen iDenfy’s AI-driven identity verification engine. End users will have a seamless experience. At the same time, iDenfy customers will have the opportunity to leverage utility account information to minimize fraud attempts and confidently comply with KYC and AML regulations.
“The demand for reliable methods to prevent fraud is very high in the current digital environment. We strive to remain proactive in this regard and keep ahead of the curve. Having Urjanet on our team is a great asset in fulfilling this goal – an international telecom and utility database will allow us to further enhance our identity verification service. Needless to say, we are delighted with this partnership,” said Domantas Ciulde, CEO of iDenfy.
“Connecting directly with a consumer’s utility account is a powerful tool in fraud prevention,” said Erik Becker, SVP of Corporate Development at Urjanet. “Similar to Urjanet, iDenfy takes a user-focused approach that is secure, cost-effective, and efficient for confirming identities and preventing fraud. It’s a natural partnership and we are pleased to be adding one more layer of fraud prevention to iDenfy’s full stack.”
