Established in 2008, AltaPay offers a single connection for merchants to receive payments across e-commerce, in-store and mobile with many international payment schemes and alternative payment methods connected. It aims to simplify payments processing and help merchants expand internationally, consolidate service providers, add or merge sales channels, and implement omnichannel customer experiences.
The Bank also stated that it is now contacting about 600 customers in respect of whom manual errors have caused discrepancies between customers’ investment profiles and investment agreements.
