CIH Bank has announced that the bank has gone live with Finastra’s Fusion Corporate Channels and Fusion Trade Innovation, to digitize its end-to-end corporate banking services.
CIH Bank is planning to automate its trade and supply chain finance services, providing corporate customers with access to online services. The solutions reduce manual processes, helping the bank to become more agile and efficient and grow its customer base by providing seamless digital customer experience and generate new revenue streams.

CIH Bank will leverage Fusion Corporate Channels to unify trade services under one portal. By integrating with its clients’ existing procurement, finance, and enterprise resource planning systems, it can analyze transactional behavior and derive value from its customers, resulting in stronger customer experience. The omnichannel solution will also open the door for mobile banking, host to host connectivity, and personalized inquiries from a secured environment. The bank, through Fusion Trade Innovation, is aiming to enhance its comprehensive digital trade capabilities via built-in workflow features and services by providing a smart user interface.
